Anti-pilling 4
Double brushing with controlled fibre length so the surface stays smooth after home laundering — tested to ISO 12945-1.
Moisture management
Hydrophilic finish or bicomponent yarn, depending on budget. Wicking rate and drying time reported per lot.
Wind & water resistance
TPU membrane lamination or DWR finish. Water column from 5,000 to 10,000 mm, breathability to 5,000 g/m²/24h.
Bonding & lamination
Dot and powder lamination for 2- and 3-layer builds, with bonding strength verified after 25 wash cycles.
Certified recycled
GRS certified rPET yarns with transaction certificates, plus OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 on request for the full range.
Colour matching
Datacolor spectrophotometer, Pantone TCX/TPG matching, lab dips in 5 working days, bulk-to-lab-dip approval.

Knitting, dyeing, brushing, bonding and inspection sit within a 40-minute radius in the Keqiao-Shaoxing belt. That is why our sample-to-bulk gap is small and our delivery dates hold.

Quality
Numbers, not adjectives.
Every bulk lot leaves with a test report and a roll list. If a lot sits outside tolerance, you hear it from us before it ships — not after it lands.

- Shrinkage ≤3% warp and weft after 3 home washes
- Colourfastness grade 4 to light, 3–4 to washing and rubbing

About Jato
Keqiao is not our address.
It is our supply chain.
Jato Textile was set up in 2013 by a team that had spent years on the knitting floor. We sit in Keqiao, Shaoxing — the town that moves more fabric than anywhere else in the world — which means yarn, dyeing, bonding and trims are all within a short drive. It is a practical advantage: shorter runs are possible, problems get fixed in days instead of weeks, and we can quote honestly because we know the real cost of each process.
We work with outdoor brands, activewear labels, uniform suppliers and trading companies across Europe, North America, Japan and Australia. Most start with a swatch pack, a 300 kg trial order, and stay for years.

300 kg per colour for fleece qualities, 200 kg for air layer, 500 m for bonded softshell. For stock shades we can go lower — 100 kg — and we often help new customers start with a mixed trial order across two or three qualities.
Stock quality swatches are free; you cover the courier. Development samples in your colour are USD 80–150 per quality, including the lab dip, and we credit the sample fee against your first bulk order above 1,000 kg. Lead time is 7 working days.
Yes. Send a physical swatch or a Pantone TCX/TPG reference. We read it on a Datacolor spectrophotometer and issue lab dips in 5 working days. Bulk is dyed against the approved dip, with a delta-E tolerance of 1.0 or better.
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 and GRS are available on the relevant qualities, with transaction certificates for recycled content. We also support bluesign® and Higg-related documentation requests through our dyeing partners. Test reports for physical performance come with every lot.
30% deposit, 70% against copy of the bill of lading. T/T and L/C at sight are both fine. We ship FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, and can quote CIF or DDP if you prefer a landed price. Bulk production is 15–30 days depending on quality and finish.
Yes. Rolls can ship with neutral packing, your own labels on the roll, or hangtags. We are a fabric mill, not a garment factory, so we do not cut and sew — but we can introduce you to garment units in the region that already run our qualities.
